Established in 1964, Sacramento Rugby Football Club (SRFC) is the oldest rugby club in the greater Sac Metro Area. The Capitals compete in Northern California Rugby Football Union's (NCRFU) Division II Men's Rugby. The Capitals are a registered non-profit organization, promoting rugby development at all ages.
